On the way between life and death, there is a small but mostly pleasant world called Purgatory. For many souls, a visit here is barely a blip in their journey. For some, it becomes a point of transit with a longer stay that can stretch for decades or even centuries. And for the seven deadly sins, Purgatory is home. Shaped like hideous monsters to counteract their inescapable allure, the seven brothers rarely come to our world nowadays.
Purgatory is a world of spirits. No one even knows if a physical body would survive here. Until Avaricia, the Sin of Greed, accidentally discovers a way to abduct a living human woman.
Now, the lines between the worlds are blurred, and many questions will have to be answered.
Can humans even survive in Purgatory? Can they find a way to thrive and be happy among the monstrous sins with their deadly vices? Is there anything good in a sin? And most importantly of course, can the seven deadly sins fall in love?
